1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or utilizing services provided by Stone Heaven Constructions via stoneheavenconstructions.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Construction Contracts & BOQ Agreements

All formal house building, villa construction, or commercial plaza developments are governed by executed physical construction contracts and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) agreements signed between Stone Heaven Constructions and the plot owner.

• Payment schedules follow predefined construction milestones (Foundation, Slab, Masonry, MEP, Finishing).
• Material standards (Grade-60 steel, A-Awwal bricks, OPC cement) are strictly adhered to as specified in signed BOQs.
• Unilateral changes to approved DHA architectural plans may require formal variation orders.

3. DHA Bye-Law Compliance

Stone Heaven Constructions guarantees that all structural work executed under our supervision complies 100% with DHA Bahawalpur building bye-laws, set-backs, and height restrictions. The client agrees to provide clear plot title ownership documents required for official DHA demarcation and permit approvals.

4. Intellectual Property

All original architectural 3D designs, website copy, layout graphics, and project photography produced by Stone Heaven Constructions are protected intellectual property.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Punjab, Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bahawalpur.
